Paulo Portas é autor do programa televisivo Global e Professor de Geo-Economics and International Relations na Nova SBE. Ensina também em Madrid, Abu Dhabi e Shanghai. Fundou a Vinciamo Consulting, consultoria estratégica, com atividades na Europa, Golfo, África e América Latina. Foi Ministro dos Negócios Estrangeiros e Vice-Primeiro Ministro entre 2011 e 2015 e Ministro de Estado e da Defesa Nacional entre 2002 e 2005. Liderou o CDS durante 16 anos, tornando-se num doslíderes partidários mais jovens e duradouros. Eleito Deputado em 7 legislaturas. É Vice- Presidente da Câmara do Comércio e Indústria (CCIP), empresário e consultor, membro do Conselho de Curadores da Fundação Champalimaud. Fundou com Miguel Esteves Cardoso "O Independente".

Paulo Portas served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Prime Minister of Portugal between 2011-2015. He was also Minister of Defence, between 2002-2005. Dr. Portas was leader of the moderate conservative CDS-PP for 16 years, MP for 7 terms. State Council and National Defence Council member in different periods. He founded Vinciamo Consulting, strategic advisory and business intelligence company, with activities in Americas, Africa, Asia and the Gulf. He is Professor of "Geo-Economics and International Relations" in the MBA of Nova School of Business & Economics and in Universities and Academies of Europe and Asia. Directs seminars of geopolitical trends for multinational companies. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (CCIP) and member of the Board of Trustees of Champalimaud Foundation. Author of the sunday tv program “Global”.
